NEW EVENT LTD processes different kind of information that is necessary for your participation in different events. It is provided to us with voluntarily through documents or correspondence, including, but not limited to: your names, sex, nationality, place of work, address, e-mail, phone, bank account number or credit card number. We only process this information in connection with the preliminary and logistical processes of event management. Access to your personal data is provided to New Event employees who are responsible for the organization of the event as well as other companies or people involved in managing the event (hotels, carriers). Your data could be referred outside of Bulgaria when the entities described above are located outside Bulgaria. Your personal data will be stored in our database and will enable us to contact you on the occasion of other events that are in your scope of work or interest.
You are entitled to cancel this agreement at any time, as well as to update, edit or modify the provided personal data.
You have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, to request amendment or deleting of your personal data; to restrict its processing and to make an objection to its processing.
