The deadline for registration for participation in the TCI European conference "Turning challenges into opportunities", Sofia, March 20-22, 2018, is approaching.

Until February 19, 2018, you can declare your participation in the European TCI Conference, which will be held in Marinella in the period March 20-22, 2018..

The TCI European Conference 2018 will bring together cluster managers, economic development politicians, opinion leaders, representatives of European and global academic circles, consultants, representatives of development agencies, ministries, businessmen. Expected delegates: 300-400 (80% from Europe).

Founded in 1998, TCI is a non-governmental organization with a global reach, open to members from all continents. TCI is a leading global network of organizations and practitioners with deep knowledge of clusters and competitiveness who collaborate in a unique open, flexible and practical context to advance the practices of competitiveness, innovation and cluster development. Through its activities, TCI reaches over 9,000 practitioners from development agencies, government departments, cluster organizations, academic institutions, businesses and various organizations in over 110 countries.

Based on its participation in the open procedure by TCI for choosing the host of the global conference in 2018, Consulting Cluster Veritas won the trust of the board of directors of TCI Network and managed to direct their interest in organizing a European regional conference in Bulgaria. The aim is to present the possibilities of Eastern Europe and in particular the Balkan region and Bulgaria. The main topic proposed in the competition was also accepted, namely: "Turning challenges into opportunities".

Only active member organizations can apply to host TCI conferences. Veritas Consulting Cluster has been an active member of TCI since 2015 and is the only one for Bulgaria. The candidacy was presented as an alliance between Consulting Cluster Veritas, the Association of Business Clusters in Bulgaria and the Metropolitan Municipality.
