IUCr Scientific Freedom Policy Statement
The Organizing Committee of the ECCG6/ESCG2 shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science.
At ECCG6/ESCG2 no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists.
To the young scientists and students wishing to attend the School (ESCG2) or both the School and the Conference (ECCG6), the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) kindly offers travel and/or accommodation grants.

Prof. Dr. Helmut Cölfen, of the Universität Konstanz, is serving as the Editor-in-Chief for Crystals. Crystals provides a forum for the advancement of our understanding of the nucleation, growth, processing, and characterization of crystalline and liquid crystalline materials. Their mechanical, chemical, electronic, magnetic, and optical properties, and their diverse applications, are all considered.
