If you would like to have the invoice under your name, please fill the field Company with Name, surname and last name from ID card, in the field VAT number – your personal ID, for Tax address - fill personal address by ID card.
In case of unsent/unfiled data within 5 days from payment, New Event doesn’t take responsibility for issuing invoice.
All data in this form will be used solely for the purpose of this event. New Event is registered as a data controller.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Organizer by email or fax.
The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.
