Cancellation policy Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Organizer by email or fax. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.

Cancellation of a confirmed registration by June 15, 2019 will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant.
On or after June 16, 2019 up to July 31, 2019 - 50% of all payments
Please note that if you cancel after July 31, 2019, no refund will be possible.
The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Conference Organizer is received.
