XXVI NATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE BULGARIAN ANATOMICAL SOCIETY

The congress will be multidisciplinary and with international participation. The main topics of the upcoming congress will be:

• macro- and microscopic anatomy
• cell and molecular biology
• clinical anatomy
• pictorial anatomy
• embryology
• anthropology

The abstracts of the scientific communications will be printed in a special supplementary issue of the journal Acta morphologica et anthropologica. They must be prepared according to the magazine's requirements, which you can see in the attached instructions for their preparation. Additionally, selected communications will be published in full text in an upcoming issue of the same journal. Please, by July 15, 2023, send to the following e-mail address: BAScongress.2023@medfac.mu-sofia.bg the title of the message (in Bulgarian and English), the author's collective with the name of the presenting author underlined and preferences mode of presentation.

Types of registration fees:

• early fee - BAS members - BGN 100
• late fee - BAS members - BGN 120
• on-site fee - BAS members - BGN 135
• early fee - non-members of BAS - BGN 130
• late fee - non-members of BAS - BGN 150
• on-site fee - non-members of BAS - BGN 165
• student fee - BGN 0, only with prior registration

Participants will receive their delegate materials at the venue, opportunity to participate in scientific and poster sessions and exhibition of sponsoring companies, participation in coffee breaks and lunches, cocktail and formal dinner.

And this year, the Congress foresees a company exhibition, where companies will present new products and information about the treatment with them. There will also be practical seminars on current trends in the field of neurosonology.

REQUEST, CONFIRMATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

The minimum area that can be rented for the days of the exhibition is 4 sq.m.

Requests for participation are accepted in writing, further specifying all the details and conditions of participation.

Selection of a specific stand can be made after payment of the selected package, in order of the requests sent by the sponsoring companies.

All requested reservations are valid for 5 working days, during which payment should be received. Failure to comply with this condition will result in cancellation of the reservation without warning by the organizer.

Deadline for sending the participation form – July 31, 2023.

Deadline for changes and cancellations, in writing – 30 August 2023.

Payment for all requested services (company participation, hotel accommodation, others) must be made prior to the event.

The event will be held in strict compliance with the current anti-epidemic measures issued by competent authorities, and all persons and participants in the event are personally responsible for their compliance.
