If you would like to have the invoice under your name, please fill the field Company with Name, surname and last name from ID card, in the field VAT number – your personal ID, for Tax address - fill personal address by ID card.
In case of unsent/unfiled data within 5 days from payment, New Event doesn’t take responsibility for issuing invoice.
All data in this form will be used solely for the purpose of this event. New Event is registered as a data controller.
Cancellation of a confirmed registration by October 15th, 2017 will be subject to an administrative fee of 20 EUR per participant.
Please note that if you cancel your participation after October 15th, 2017, no refund will be possible.
The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Conference Organizer is received.
