If you would like to have the invoice under your name, please fill the field Organization with Name, surname and last name from ID card, in the field VAT number – your personal ID, for Tax address - fill personal address by ID card

The invoice will be sent ot the e-mail address indicated in the online registration form. The invoice is issued by New Event, as an organizer, according to the applicable laws. All data in this form will be used solely for the purpose of this event. New Event is registered as a data controller.

In case of not sent/not filled information within 5 days from the date of payment NEW EVENT is not responsible for issuing an invoice.

Invoices with an address in the European Union should bear a valid VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number should be provided during the registration process.

Registration conditions:

  • Completing the online registration form represents a legally binding contract and a commitment to pay all charges included.
  • If you have entered wrong information in the registration form or you have some update (flight information, excursions, visa application), please contact the official organizer NEW EVENT by email ismc2025@newevent.bg and DO NOT register again.
  • Hotel cancellations must be made by email to: ismc2025@newevent.bg. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refundable amounts may bear bank fees.
  • By registering, you consent to receive news from the organizers, related to ISMC2025 & ISMC Activities, and news from the ISMC2025 Conference Industry Sponsors.
